The conference will be held at the Marriott Westchase Hotel, Houston, Texas. You may register for the conference either by mail-in or online registration. The online registration form is located on a secure server provided by our hosting service (www.lexiconn.com). Please follow the instructions below and note our registration fees.

To register for the conference via fax or mail, download our registration form and send to us with your payment.

To register for the conference online, simply complete our online form and Submit. You must provide an e-mail address so we can e-mail you a confirmation of your registration.

Online registration is payable only by Visa®, MasterCard®, Discover®, or American Express®. Mail-in registrations are payable also by check or money order.

To place your hotel reservation, download the reservation form and fax or mail the form directly to the Houston Marriott Westchase.

If you are a student, we have a limited number of student registrations ($200) available after October 1, 2010. Please contact GCSSEPM to request a student registration form.
