Onsite Registration Fees
As of 5 pm November 30, 2012, registration is only available onsite at the conference. Registration will available at the hotel from 4–6 pm on Sunday, December 2, and again at 7 am on Monday, December 3. Continuous onsite registration will be available throughout the conference.
